摘 要:糖尿病肾病(DKD)是常见的糖尿病并发症之一,病理过程复杂,常涉及整个肾脏结构。环状RNA是一种共价闭合环状结构的非编码RNA,它们在各种生理和病理过程中发挥作用。在DKD病程中,环状RNA通过参与调控细胞周期、细胞分化及死亡,调节炎性因子释放与基质纤维蛋白表达等过程参与肾脏细胞损伤。该文介绍了环状RNA的结构与功能,并从肾脏细胞损伤角度对环状RNA在DKD中最新研究进展进行综述。Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the most common complications of diabetes mellitus with a complex pathological process that often involves the entire renal structure.Circular RNAs are non-coding RNAs with a covalently closed loop structure,which play a role in various physiological and pathological processes.During DKD,circular RNAs are involved in renal cell injury by participating in the regulation of cell cycle,cell differentiation and death,and regulating processes such as inflammatory factor release and stromal fibronectin expression.In this paper,we introduce the structure and function of circular RNAs and review the recent research progress of circular RNAs in DKD from the perspective of renal cell injury.
