摘 要:受楼板等构件约束的限制,预应力筋张拉方案复杂,不同张拉顺序引起结构受力不同,对整体结构受力稳定影响较大。基于宝清县文化创意中心空心楼板工程,分析不同方案下预应力筋张拉顺序对结构整体受力及变形的影响,并采用MIDAS有限元软件研究不同张拉顺序下的结构整体性能。结果表明:3种方案张拉下,结构最大位移相差较小,最大位移仅0.58 mm,结构最大应力相差较明显。通过对比研究后采用横向从头到尾—纵向从头到尾的方式进行预应力筋张拉。通过分析不同张拉顺序下结构整体受力性能,确保空心楼板工程的顺利进行,为相似工程提供参考。Constrained by the floor and other members,the prestressed reinforcement tensioning scheme is complex,and different tensioning order causes different structural forces,which has great influence on the stability of the whole structure.Based on the hollow slab project of Baoqing Cultural and Creative Center,the influence of prestressed tendon sequence on the whole structure is analyzed under different schemes.The results show that the maximum displacement difference is small,the maximum displacement is only 0.58 mm,and the maximum stress difference is obvious under the three schemes.Through comparative study,the prestressed tendons are tensioned by the scheme,that is,the transverse tendons are stretched from beginning to end to the longitudinal tendons.By analyzing the mechanical behavior of the whole structure under different tension order,the hollow slab project can be carried out smoothly,which can provide reference for similar projects.
