摘 要:针对附着式升降脚手架在高层建筑应用中具有良好的防坠落、防倾覆作用,比其余脚手架结构更加安全性和稳定的情况,以某异形超高层建筑为例,在概述其工程设计中附着式升降脚手架结构体系构成的基础上,应用ANSYS有限元软件进行了模型构建,并分正常使用工况和提升工况分别进行脚手架力学性能及应力、变形等演化规律的分析。结果表明:不同工况及荷载组合下该超高层建筑附着式脚手架应力、位移值均处于规范允许范围内,且脚手架提升工况下的应力、位移值整体比正常工作工况下要大;为此必须有针对性地采取补强措施,保证施工过程中附着式脚手架结构的安全性和稳定性。In view of the fact that the attached lifting scaffold has good anti-fall and anti-overturning effects in high-rise building applications,and is safer and more stable than other scaffolding structures,taking a specialshaped super high-rise building as an example,this paper summarizes its engineering design.On the basis of the structure system of the vertical lifting scaffold,the ANSYS finite element software was used to construct the model,and the mechanical properties,stress,deformation and other evolution laws of the scaffold were analyzed in the normal use condition and the lifting condition respectively.The results show that the stress and displacement values of the attached scaffolding of the super high-rise building under different working conditions and load combinations are within the allowable range of the specification,and the stress and displacement values under the scaffolding lifting condition are generally larger than those under normal working conditions;This must be targeted to take weak measures to ensure the safety and stability of the attached scaffolding structure during the construction process.
