摘　　要：结合实际情况,研究分析装配式建筑的冬期套筒灌浆施工管理,分析问题,细化管控措施,实现预期的工期质量目标。针对如何控制装配式住宅冬期套筒灌浆施工质量这一问题,以具体工程为例、结合国家法规、规范、行业标准、地方标准,从浆料制备及灌注、封闭空间温度控制、温度监测、保温措施撤除4个重点环节进行了技术研究分析。Based on the actual situation,this paper studies and analyzes the winter sleeve grouting construction management of prefabricated buildings,analyzes the problems,refines the control measures,and achieves the expected quality goals during the construction period.Aiming at the problem of how to control the construction quality of sleeve grouting in prefabricated houses in winter,this paper combines the specific engineering examples that the author participated in,and combines national regulations,norms,industry standards,and local standards,from slurry preparation and grouting,closed space temperature control,technical research and analysis were carried out on the four key links of temperature monitoring and removal of thermal insulation measures.
