摘 要:通过将具有杀菌功能的银锌抗菌粉体材料经与高流动性聚丙烯进行熔融共混造粒,制备具有杀菌抗病毒功能的聚丙烯材料,进行熔喷纺丝,制备杀菌抗病毒熔喷无纺布。通过扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、过滤效果测试仪分别对熔喷无纺布进行表面形态、红外、热失重、过滤效果进行表征。结果表明:杀菌抗病毒无机材料均匀分散在纤维中,杀菌抗病毒熔喷无纺布与常规熔喷无纺布相比,表面形态、红外光谱、热失重曲线、过滤效果没有明显变化,满足一般熔喷无纺布在不同领域内的使用要求,同时赋予材料抗菌功能。此方法工艺简单,绿色环保节能,能克服抗菌染整工艺手段的缺陷,具有较好的应用前景。Polypropylene materials with bactericidal and antiviral functionswere prepared by melt-blending and granulating silver-zinc antibacterial materials with bactericidal function and high-fluidity polypropylene.Melt-blown spinning was performed,and a sterilization and anti-virus melt-blown non-woven fabric was prepared.The surface morphology,infrared,thermal weight loss and filtration effect of the melt-blown nonwoven fibers were characterized by scanning electron microscope,infrared analyzer,thermogravimetric analyzer,and filtration effect tester,respectively.The test results showed that the bactericidal and antiviral inorganic materials were evenly dispersed in the fibers.The surface morphology,infrared spectrum,thermal weight loss curve and filtration effect of the bactericidal and antiviral meltblown nonwovens had no significant changes compared with conventional meltblown nonwovens.The use requirements of meltblown non-woven fabrics in different fields are given to materials with antibacterial function.The method has the advantages of simple process,green environmental protection and energy saving.It can also overcome the defects of the antibacterial dyeing and finishing process,and has a good application prospect.
