摘  要:在180℃和200℃下对Ⅰ型聚芳酯初生纤维和热处理纤维进行热老化处理,以探究其耐热老化性。结果表明,热老化后纤维表面发生氧化反应,纤维表面出现槽痕且损伤程度随热老化温度升高而加重。初生纤维热老化24 h内强度损失率极低,前20 h内其强度甚至有所上升,120 h后纤维的强度损失率均在16.7%以下。热处理后纤维的熔点有所升高,热老化120 h后,热处理纤维的强度损失率均低于17.1%,且强度仍达16.8 cN/dtex,说明Ⅰ型聚芳酯纤维在200℃以下的耐热老化性均良好。The polyarylate as-spun fiber and heat-treated fiber were heat-aged at 180℃and 200℃to explore their heat-resistant aging resistance.The results showed that oxidation reaction occurred on the surface of the fiber after heat aging,scratches appeared on the surface of the fiber and the degree of damage increased with the increase of heat aging temperature.The strength loss rate of as-spun fiber was very low within 24 hours of heat aging,its strength even increased in the first 20 hours,and the strength loss rate of the as-spun fiber was below 16.7%when the fiber was heat-aged for 120 hours.The melting point of the fiber increased after heat treatment.After 120 hours of heat aging,the strength loss rate of the heat-treated fiber was less than 17.1%,and the strength still reached 16.8 cN/dtex.The results indicated that there was a good heat aging resistance of the model I polyarylate fiber below 200℃.
