摘 要:衰弱是一种以功能衰退为特征的疾病,可导致老年人生活不能自理、跌倒风险增加以及住院率和死亡率增加。预防老年衰弱的策略包括营养干预、运动和认知健康维护等。营养干预可防止肌肉减少,从而防止老年衰弱进一步发展。本文从营养成分与衰弱发生的关系、营养干预对老年衰弱发展的控制,探讨更合理的预防老年衰弱有效的营养干预方法。Frailty is a medical condition that is characterized by a functional decline,leads to the need for assistance to perform the activities of daily living,increases the risk of falls,and the morbidity and mortality.Possible strategies to prevent frailty include nutritional intervention,exercise and cognitive health maintenance.Nutritional intervention is an essential method to prevent muscle loss and the development of frailty.The relationship between the nutrients and the occurrence of senile frailty,the nutritional intervention can delay the occurrence and development of senile frailty are introduced in the review paper.We expect more new clinical trials to verify the effective nutritional intervention methods to prevent the development of senile frailty.
