沙沟水库丙乳砂浆加固技术要点初探

摘　　要：沙沟水库运行多年来,溢洪道防冲槽底板混凝土表面冻融、剥蚀,闸墩侧墙混凝土局部老损,闸墩头水位变动区域混凝土碳化,石子外露,文章提出了丙乳砂浆加固技术方案,介绍了加固处理过程中主要施工技术及质量控制要点。结果表明:该技术措施工艺简单,施工便捷,环保无毒,安全可靠。Shagou Reservoir has been operated for many years.The spillway anti-scour trench bottom board concrete surface suffers from freeze-thaw and denudation.The gate pier side wall concrete is locally aging damaged.The concrete in the water level change area of the gate pier head is carbonated and the stones are exposed.Acrylic-emulsion mortar strengthening technical scheme is proposed in the paper.The main construction technology in the reinforcement treatment process and quality control points are introduced.The results show that the technology measure process is simple,convenient in construction,environmentally friendly,non-toxic,safe and reliable.
