摘　　要：北京市右安门橡胶坝是我国建设的第一座充水橡胶坝,1966年建成投入运用。随着运行年限的增长,橡胶坝坝袋将会出现磨损、老化等病害现象,坝袋强度将不能满足安全运行要求。文章介绍了右安门橡胶坝坝袋安全检测内容与方法,对安全检测与坝袋强度复核结果进行了分析,提出了安全评价结论和处理建议,以期为橡胶坝安全运行管理提供依据。Beijing Youanmen Rubber Dam is the first water-filled rubber dam built in China.It was built and put into use in 1966.The rubber dam bag will suffer from wearing,aging and other diseases with the increase of operation life,the strength of the dam bag can not meet the requirements of safe operation.The safety test content and method of Youanmen Rubber Dam bags are introduced in the paper.The results of safety test and dam bag strength check are analyzed.The safety evaluation conclusions and treatment suggestions are proposed in order to provide basis for safe operation and management of rubber dams.
