锂电池塑料及负极构建零价铁—铜/石墨—碳材料去除水中对氯苯酚

摘  要:以废弃锂电池负极和塑料为原料,与氧化铁通过碳热反应制备零价铁-铜/石墨-碳材料(ZVI-Cu/GP),采用XRD、SEM、EDS、FTIR、氮吸附/脱附等对材料的结构和组分进行表征,并考察了其去除水中对氯苯酚(4-CP)的效率。实验结果表明:ZVI在ZVI-Cu/GP中有较好的分散性;当过氧化氢浓度为1 mmol/L,溶液p H=3.0,ZVI-Cu/GP投加量为0.4 g/L,温度为25℃,4-CP浓度10 mg/L时,4-CP的去除率在10 min内达到99%;4-CP去除率随着pH的降低而升高,随着ZVI-Cu/GP投加量的增加而升高,随着过氧化氢浓度的升高而升高。A zero-valent iron-copper/graphite-carbon material(ZVI-Cu/GP)was prepared from waste lithium battery anode and plastic by carbothermal reaction with ferric oxide.The structure and composition of the material were characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS,FTIR and nitrogen adsorption/desorption,and the removal efficiency of p-chlorophenol(4-CP)from water was investigated.The results show that ZVI has good dispersity in ZVI-Cu/GP.When hydrogen peroxide concentration is 1 mmol/L,pH value is 3.0,ZVI-Cu/GP dosage is 0.4 g/L,temperature is 25℃,4-CP concentration is 10 mg/L,removal rate of 4-CP reaches 99%within 10 min.The removal rate of4-CP increases with the decrease of pH,the increase of ZVI-Cu/GP dosage,and the increase of hydrogen peroxide concentration.
