摘 要:本工程基坑支护紧邻地铁隧道,通过一系列理论计算及研究,确定采用以双排桩为基坑支护形式,外排桩采用全套管钻孔施工技术,桩间采用竖向袖阀管注浆,保证土体稳固;因双排桩支护结构具有较大的侧向刚度,可有效限制支护结构位移变形,由刚性冠梁与前后排桩组成一个空间超静定结构,在复杂多变的外荷载作用下能自动调整结构本身的内力,使之适应复杂而又难以预计的外界条件,从而保证深基坑支护及周边环境安全,确保工程顺利进行。The foundation pit support project is adjacent to subway tunnel. Based on a series of theoretical calculation and research, it was determined to adopt double-row pile foundation pit support. The outer row of piles were made by using full casing drilling construction technique and longitudinal sleeve valve pipe grouting was used among piles, to guarantee the soil stability. Doublerow pile support structure has relatively high lateral rigidity and could effectively limit the displacement and deformation of support structure. Rigid top beam and two rows of piles formed a spatial superstatic fix structure, which could automatically adjust structural internal force under complex and variable outside load and enable the structure to be adapted to complex and unexpected outside conditions. It could guarantee the safety of deep foundation pit support and surrounding environment, as well as smooth engineering construction.
