摘 要:高能同步辐射光源(HEPS)项目主体为环形结构,其中储存环隧道、实验大厅底板、线站棚屋防微振混凝土换填方量约12万m^(3)。浇筑过程中选用跳仓法进行浇筑,每个仓的尺寸约27 m×30 m,混凝土换填厚度为3 m,每个仓混凝土量约2400 m^(3),如此大体积、超长跨度的混凝土浇筑量,不能利用传统的人工振捣方式,因此提出一种混凝土振捣梁的振捣方法,既可达到设计要求,又可节约用工成本,其在本次的防微振混凝土换填中起到了不可或缺的作用。The main structure of high energy photon source(HEPS)project is a circular structure,whose anti-microvibration concrete backfilling earthwork in storage ring tunnel,experiment hall floor and station shed is about 120,000 m^(3).Alternative bay method was adopted during concrete grouting.The size of each bay is about 27 m×30 m,concrete exchange filling thickness is 3 m,the concrete in each bay is about 2400 m^(3).The concrete grouting workload of structure with so big volume and super-long span could not adopt traditional manual vibrating method.Therefore,this paper proposed a kind of concrete vibrating method,which could not only satisfy the design requirements,but also save labor cost.This method played an indispensable role in anti-micro-vibrating concrete backfilling.
