摘　　要：DetaVDCS&SIS电子布线技术在国外各项工业生产过程中应用越来越成熟,在国内由于大家对其不了解,此外存在成本及其应用现l场问题,应用还不是很广泛。本文根据抗氧剂生产过程中DCS&SISDetaV电子布线系统的应用和特点,通过成本分析及安装调试变更,对项目应用进行了介绍。从成本、稳定性、灵活性等来探讨电子布线更广泛的应用。电子布线对于解决项目中的成本、较多变更带来的系统调整、控制室距离远和安装调试时间紧迫等问题,都是最优解决方案,最后提前完成DCS所有项目建设及投产节点。DeltaV DCS&SIS electronic marshalling technology in foreign industrial production process application is more and more mature.It is not widely used in China because people do not understand it.In addition,there are cost and application site problems.According to the application and characteristics of DCS&SIS Delta V Electronic Marshalling system in the process of Anti OXidant production,this paper introduces the application of the project through cost analysis,installation,debugging and change.This paper discusses the wider application of electronic wiring from the aspects of cost,stability and flexibility.Electronic wiring is the best solution to solve the problems of cost,system adjustment caused by many changes,long distance from the control room and urgent installation and commissioning time in the project.Finally,all DCS project construction and production nodes are completed in advance.
