摘  要:废阴极炭块是电解铝行业产生的危险废物,若不及时处理,存在较大的环境污染风险,但其也具备资源属性,回收利用意义重大。本文介绍了废阴极炭块的资源化研究及应用现状,从多组分提取、特定组分回收、协同利用与处置等方面进行了总结分析,并对资源化方向进行了展望。废阴极炭块资源化产品可应用于冶炼、电解、碳素、环保等传统行业,同时也具有应用于氟化工或新能源方向的巨大潜力。Waste cathode carbon block is a hazardous waste produced in the electrolytic aluminum industry.If it is not treated in time, there is a great risk of environmental pollution, but it also has resource attributes, and the recycling is significant.The research and application status of waste cathode carbon blocks were introduced, the multi-component extraction, specific component recovery, synergistic utilization and disposal were summarized and analyzed, and the resource utilization direction was prospected.Waste cathode carbon block resource products can be applied to traditional industries such as smelting, electrolysis, carbon and environmental protection, and also have great potential for application in fluorine chemical industry or new energy.
