摘  要:氟啶脲是苯甲酰脲类生物农药中一种重要的高效低毒杀虫剂。本研究以2,6-二氯苯酚为原料,先经过硝化得到2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯酚,再经过还原得到2,6-二氯-4-氨基苯酚。2,6-二氯-4-氨基苯酚与2,3-二氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶缩合得到醚化物。所得醚化物与2,6-二氟苯甲酰异氰酸酯进行缩合得到氟啶脲成品,五步总收率85%。此工艺在降低生产成本的同时,提高了氟啶脲收率和成品品质,更有利于环境保护,也更适合于工业化大生产。Fluoxazuron is an important high-efficiency and low-toxicity pesticide among benzoylurea biopesticides.2,6-dichlorophenol was used as raw material, 2,6-dichloro-4-nitrophenol was obtained by nitration, and then 2,6-dichloro-4-aminophenol was obtained by reduction.2,6-dichloro-4-aminophenol was condensed with 2,3-dichloro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine to obtain etherate.The obtained etherate was condensed with 2,6-difluorobenzoyl isocyanate to obtain the finished product of fluorazuron, and the total yield of five steps was 85%.While reducing the production cost, the process improved the yield of fluoride and the quality of the finished product, was more conducive to environmental protection, and was more suitable for industrialized large-scale production.
