摘 要:采用萃取法从电解锰净化渣浸出液中回收锰、钴、镍。试验结果表明:在P204皂化率60%、水相pH=4.0、萃取时间15 min、相比1:2条件下、锰的萃取率可达到90.3%;在P507皂化率60%、水相pH=5、萃取时间15 min,相比=1:3条件下,钴萃取率可达88.9%,最终试验锰、钴、镍回收率分别为90.3%、81.0%和80.5%;在N_( Ca+Mg):N_( F)=1:1.5、80℃、搅拌反应1 h条件下,浸出液钙镁含量分别为1.5 mg/L和2.0 mg/L;实现了有价金属分离回收。Manganese,cobalt and nickel were recovered from the leaching solution of electrolytic manganese purification residue by extraction.The results showed that the extraction rate of manganese can reach 90.3%under the conditions of 60%saponification rate of P204,aqueous pH=4.0,extraction time of 15 min and ratio of 1:2,under the conditions of P507 saponification rate of 60%,aqueous pH=5,extraction time of 15 min and ratio=1:3,the extraction rate of cobalt can reach 88.9%,and the recoveries of manganese,cobalt and nickel were 90.3%,81.0%and 80.5%respectively,under the conditions of_( NCA+Mg):N_(F)=1:1.5,80℃and stirring reaction for 1 h,the contents of calcium and magnesium in the leaching solution were 1.5 mg/L and 2.0 mg/L respectively.The separation and recovery of valuable metals were realized.
