摘 要:采用聚烯烃弹性体(POE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)对玻璃纤维(GF)/聚碳酸酯(PC)复合材料进行改性。依次探究了三元复合材料的熔体流动性能、热性能、机械性能及表面形貌。实验结果表明:在GF/PC中添加相同比例的LDPE、POE、PP制备复合材料,POE可以将复合材料流动性提高77.67%。改变POE的添加比例,在添加2份的POE(PC:GF:POE=9:1:2)时材料的机械性能接近纯PC的性能,且相对于PC和GF/PC熔体流动性分别提高35.25%和77.67%。Glass fiber(GF)/polycarbonate(PC)composites were modified by polyolefin elastomer(POE),low density polyethylene(LDPE)and polypropylene(PP).The melt flow properties,thermal properties,mechanical properties and surface morphology of the ternary composites were investigated successively.The experimental results showed that POE can increase the fluidity of the composite by 77.67%when the same proportion of LDPE,POE and PP were added into GF/PC.When the ratio of POE was changed,the mechanical properties of the material were close to that of pure PC when two POE(PC:GF:POE=9:1:2)were added,and the fluidity of the material was increased by 35.25%and 77.67%compared with PC and GF/PC melt.
