摘 要:氧化亚锡(SnO)是一种重要的半导体金属氧化物,在各个领域都有重要的应用。现有工艺都具有一定局限性,难以实现工业化。本文以氯化亚锡为原料,采用不同碱源制备氧化亚锡的工艺进行了研究,并确定了碳酸钠制备氧化亚锡为最佳工业化工艺。通过实验得出最佳工艺条件为:反应温度为80℃,碳酸钠浓度为20%,氯化亚锡溶液浓度为25%,pH为7。该工艺路线为实现氧化亚锡的工业化提供借鉴参考。Stannous oxide(SnO)is an important semiconductor metal oxide,which has important applications in various fields.The existing process has some limitations,and it is difficult to realize industrialization.How to find a technical route with good controllability,low production cost and easy industrialization is a big problem to be solved.Stannous oxide was prepared from stannous chloride by liquid phase precipitation method.The preparation of stannous oxide from different alkali sources was studied,and the best industrial process was determined.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:reaction temperature was 80℃,concentration of sodium carbonate was 20%,concentration of stannous chloride was 25%,pH was 7.This process has important guiding significance for realizing the industrial application of stannous oxide.
