摘  要:对电石制乙炔含磷废水进行研究,进行废水铝系除磷剂、铁系除磷剂及化学氧化除磷实验。铝系除磷剂、铁系除磷剂对废水处理效果较差,化学氧化除磷效果较好,因此确定工艺为先将废水中次亚磷酸盐等化学氧化为正磷酸酸盐,然后进行絮凝沉淀的工艺,并将研究结果应用工程案例,废水处理规模为400 t/d,总磷浓度由30 mg/L稳定降到1 mg/L以下,吨水药剂成本为4.95元,对类似工程有一定的参考意义。The phosphorus-containing wastewater from acetylene production by calcium carbide was studied,and the experiments of aluminum phosphorus removal agent,iron phosphorus removal agent and chemical oxidation phosphorus removal agent were carried out.Aluminum dephosphorization agent and iron dephosphorization agent had poor effect on wastewater treatment,but chemical oxidation dephosphorization effect was good.Therefore,the process was determined as the process of chemically oxidizing hypophosphite in wastewater into orthophosphate,and then flocculating and precipitating.The research results were applied to an engineering case.The wastewater treatment scale was 400 t/d,the total phosphorus concentration was steadily reduced from 30 mg/L to less than 1 mg/L,and the cost of chemicals per ton of water was 4.95 yuan,which had certain reference significance for similar projects.
