摘 要:新工科背景下一流专业建设要坚持三全育人的要求。以新能源材料与器件专业人才培养为例,苏州科技大学材料科学与工程学院培养方案既注重专业理论的学习,又重视加强理论与实践相结合,使学生能够在基础知识、创新实验以及工程实践等方面得到全方位的培养,以适应新能源材料领域对不同层次专业人才的需求。本文从模块化课程体系的构建和专业创新实验的设置两方面探讨新工科背景下新能源材料与器件专业培养方案改革,探索新形势下新能源科学与技术领域所需的优秀人才培养模式改革。Under the background of new engineering disciplines,the training of new energy materials and device professionals must meet the requirements of three-dimensional education.The formulation of professional training programs should not only focus on the study of professional theory,but also strengthen the combination of theory and practice,so that students can been fully trained in basic knowledge,innovative experiments and engineering practices to meet the needs of different levels of professionals in the field of new energy materials.The reform of the new energy materials and device professional training program were discussed from the two aspects of the construction of a multi-module curriculum system and the setting of professional innovation experiments,and a reference for cultivating outstanding talents in the development of new energy science and technology under the new situation was provided.
