摘　　要：随着节能减排等排放法规不断加严,商用车国六排放法规的相继实施,柴油滤清器作为影响发动机性能、安全运行与使用寿命的重要零部件之一,本文通过对典型高压共轨燃油系统油路的分析,以及影响系统正常工作的因素,从柴油滤清器的阻力、过滤、水分离、寿命(保养里程)、空气管理等几个方面阐述长寿命柴油滤清器的设计要点。With the continuous tightening of emission regulations such as energy conservation and emission reduction,the national VI emission regulations of commercial vehicles have been implemented one after another, Diesel filter is one of the important parts affecting engine performance, safe operation and service life, This paper analyzes the oil circuit of typical high-pressure common rail fuel system and the factors affecting the normal operation of the system, This paper expounds the design points of long-life diesel filter from the aspects of diesel filter resistance, filtration, water separation, service life(maintenance mileage), air management and so on.
