摘  要:当齿轮渗碳淬火处理后,在轮齿表面和距离齿面一定距离的内部会形成残余应力。本文采用有限元方法对齿轮渗碳淬火过程进行了模拟仿真,展现了淬火试件的温度场的变化和残余应力场的最后形成。研究成果反映了齿轮淬火后在其表面形成了较稳定的残余压应力层,仿真结果与实际淬火热处理定性趋势上基本吻合。为齿轮设计阶段考虑残余应力的作用提供了技术参考和基础保障。After the gear is carburized and quenched, residual stress is formed on the tooth surface and a certain distance from the tooth surface. In this paper, the finite element method is used to simulate the carburizing and quenching process of gears, showing the change of the temperature field of the quenched specimen and the final formation of the residual stress field. The research results reflect that a relatively stable residual compressive stress layer is formed on the surface of the gear after quenching, and the simulation results are basically consistent with the qualitative trend of the actual quenching heat treatment. The technical reference and basic guarantee are provided for considering the effect of residual stress in the gear design stage.
