摘  要:冲压外圈圆柱滚子轴承,是一种新型径向轴承。与传统圆柱轴承相比,具有外圈薄、质量轻、空间小等优势,能更好地实现变速箱整体轻量化和小型化的设计目标。本文以某DCT变速箱中冲压外圈滚子轴承失效事件为研究对象,通过全面地分析,发现该轴承失效的根本原因,以及对策研究。判定最终引起轴承失效的根本原因是:外圈滚道材料堆积和滚动体磕碰伤。Compare to traditional Cylinder Roller Bearing, Drawn Cup Roller Bearing have the advantage of high loading capability, thinner cup, lighter weight, etc. As it has no inner ring requested, it takes less space in transmission, and makes it possible for light weighting and miniaturization of transmission design. The study object is a new developed Drawn Cup Roller Bearing which failed in a 6-speed dual clutch transmission. The target of this thesis is to develop an efficient method of failure analysis for drawn cup roller bearing.The parameters are measured between batches, which shows difference of press-in-force and cup raceway contour. The test result shows that the material peak on raceway and roller dents over 800μm are the root causes which lead to the failure of bearing.
