摘　　要：在机械加工领域,为了满足高精度、高表面光洁度异形管套类零件的制造要求,需要在零件机加工过程中设计制作各类工装夹具;。以生产现场选取的一件管套类产品为例,探讨零件技术要求、加工难点及加工解决方案,研究提高管套类零件加工效率的方法,制作一套工装夹具,最终固化整个研究过程的加工经验。In the field of mechanical processing, in order to meet the manufacturing requirements of high-precision and high-surface finish special-shaped pipe sleeve parts, it is necessary to design and produce all kinds of fixture in the machining process of parts;.Taking a pipe sleeve product selected on the production site as an example, the technical requirements, processing difficulties and processing solutions of the parts are discussed, the methods to improve the processing efficiency of the pipe sleeve parts are studied, a set of fixture is made, and the processing experience of the whole research process is finally solidified.
