摘　　要：本文阐述了海洋环境用燃气轮机外部管路的锈蚀情况,针对锈蚀区域点蚀特征明显以及焊缝区域呈现较严重均匀腐蚀特征等特点,提出涂层防护及换材料防腐措施。通过对涂漆工艺的改进,以及对不同管材特性的分析,提出试验方案,并通过改进加工工艺、焊接工艺以及环境试验等多方面验证了换材料防腐措施的有效性。The corrosion status, while in application, of a gas turbine in marine environment pipeline is stated. Two methods, applying coating and altering materials, to solve the corrosion problems have been proposed based on the distinct corrosion features and the scenario that the corrosion is more easy to occur around welding joints. Effects of antiseptic paints have been tested through applying types of the paints. Meanwhile, features of some kinds of pipelines are compared and analyzed. It has been proved that altering antiseptic paints has advantage effects according to the experiments in which the processing technic, welding methods and environment have been improved.
