摘 要:模态仿真分析作为NVH仿真分析中一个非常基础却又十分重要的分析项目,常规操作需要不断切换面板来定义模态分析中的载荷集和工况,整个操作过程繁琐且容易造成人为遗漏或错误定义。本文利用Hypermesh二次开发平台功能,采用Tcl/Tk脚本语言开发出模态分析工具,通过该工具应用实际案例与常规操作对比,仿真分析效率可提高90%,效果显著,同时也提高了仿真分析的规范性,也可减少工作中人为疏忽和遗漏产生的不当操作。As a very basic but important analysis item in NVH simulation analysis, modal simulation analysis needs to constantly switch the panel to define the load set and working conditions in modal analysis. The whole operation process is cumbersome and easy to cause human omission or wrong definition. In this paper, a modal analysis tool is developed by using the function of HyperMesh secondary development platform and TCL/TK script language. Through the comparison between the application of the tool and the conventional operation, the efficiency of simulation analysis can be improved by 90%, and the effect is remarkable. At the same time, it also improves the standardization of simulation analysis and reduces the improper operation caused by human negligence and omission in work.
