摘  要:针对数控机床电气驱动系统运行稳定效果的问题,为进一步提升数控机床应用效果,要对数控机床可靠性予以优化,配合完整的建模分析模式,全面了解和确认影响系统运行可靠性的因素,完成顶事件发生概率以及底事件重要度等基础参数,依据分析结果完善故障评估流程,发挥3F技术应用优势,在完成运行看控制系统和故障树分析后开展相应反馈处理,为数控机床电气驱动系统可靠性优化予以保障。Aiming at the problem of stable operation of the electrical drive system of CNC machine tools, in order to further improve the application effect of CNC machine tools, it is necessary to optimize the reliability of CNC machine tools, and cooperate with a complete modeling and analysis mode to fully understand and confirm the factors that affect the reliability of system operation., Complete the basic parameters such as the probability of occurrence of the top event and the importance of the bottom event, improve the fault assessment process according to the analysis results, give full play to the application advantages of 3 F technology, and carry out corresponding feedback processing after the completion of the operation control system and fault tree analysis. System reliability optimization is guaranteed.
