摘 要:为探讨特高压GIS变电站设备实际耐受的雷电冲击电压波形与标准雷电冲击电压波形的差异,应用ATP-EMTP暂态仿真软件,基于国内某特高压GIS变电站的实际工程参数,建立了"雷电源-线路-变电站"的特高压GIS变电站整体仿真模型,仿真分析了雷击类型、传播距离、电压互感器、避雷器等因素对特高压变电站雷电侵入波行波特征的影响以及实际行波特征下变电站电气设备的绝缘耐受特点。计算结果表明:受雷击类型、传播距离、避雷器、输电线路和变电站拓扑结构的影响,实际电压行波波头最长为7.6μs、波尾时间最短为10.512μs,当遭受严苛雷击事件时,特高压变电站电气设备在实际雷电冲击波形下绝缘耐受水平低于试验条件时标准雷电冲击波形的绝缘耐受水平。对雷电冲击试验的有效性进行了初步论证分析,研究结果可为合理的绝缘设计、可靠的绝缘配合、准确的故障分析提供重要的技术依据和支撑。In order to study the difference between lightning impulse voltage waveform and standard lightning impulse voltage waveform of UHV GIS substation equipment,using the ATP-EMTP transient simulation software established a overall simulation model include"thunder source-inlet line-substation",based on the actual project parameter of a domestic UHV GIS substation.The influence of lightning type,propagation distance,voltage transformer and lightning arrester on the characteristics of lightning intruding wave in UHV substation and the insulation tolerance characteristics of substation electrical equipment under actual traveling wave characteristics are simulated and analyzed.Simulation results show that,influenced by lightning type,transmission distance,lightning arrester,transmission lines and substation topology,the actual voltage traveling wave head for a maximum of 7.6μs,the wave tail for the shortest time of 10.512μs.When subjected to severe lightning strike,the insulation withstand level of UHV substation electrical equipment under actual lightning impulse waveform is lower than the standard lightning impulse waveform.The results can preliminarily demonstrate and analyze the effectiveness of the lightning impulse test,it also can provide important technical basis and support for reasonable insulation design,reliable insulation coordination and accurate fault analysis.
