摘 要:乏油状态下,轴承摩擦生热和沟道磨损相互影响,严重影响轴承使用寿命。对球在不同运动形式下沟道的摩擦生热规律进行了分析,研究了球相对沟道滑动时轴承沟道在不同滑动速度、径向载荷及不同乏油状态下的热-磨损耦合变化规律。结果表明:球滚动时造成的轴承摩擦生热量较小,陀螺运动和滑动对轴承摩擦生热影响最大;球轴承滑动速度、径向载荷增加时以及乏油程度加剧时,球-沟道的摩擦生热现象会变得严重,轴承温度由于热传导持续增加,温度上升后,球-沟接触椭圆区域变大,接触应力小幅度减小。Under the condition of oil shortage,friction heat generation and groove wear of bearings affect each other,which seriously affects the service life of bearings.In this study,the frictional heat generation law of the raceway under different motion forms of the ball was firstly analyzed,and then the thermal-wear coupling change law of the bearing raceway under different sliding speeds,radial loads and different oil deficiency states was studied when the ball was sliding relative to the raceway.The results show that the friction heat generation caused by ball rolling is small,and the gyroscopic motion and sliding have the greatest influence on the friction heat generation of the bearing.When the sliding speed and radial load of ball bearings increase and the degree of oil depletion increases,the frictional heat generation phenomenon of ball-raceway will become serious,and the bearing temperature will continue to increase due to heat conduction.With the increase of temperature,the ball-raceway contact ellipse area becomes larger and the contact stress decreases slightly.
