摘 要:商用车前桥总成转向阻滞力影响车辆行驶稳定性、小角度回正性及操控平顺性等性能。首先分析了产生前桥总成转向阻滞力的机理,然后建立力学模型推导出前桥总成转向阻滞力计算公式,并以某前桥总成为例进行了转向阻滞力计算,最后搭建检测试验台进行试验验证。结果表明,该计算方法能有效指导转向阻滞力的优化设计。The steering blocking force of the front axle assembly of commercial vehicles affects the driving stability of the vehicle,the small-angle correction and the handling smoothness.This paper first analyzes the mechanism that produces the steering blocking force of the front axle assembly,and then establishes a mechanical model to derive the formula for calculating the steering blocking force of the front axle assembly,and calculates the steering blocking force with an example of a front axle assembly.Finally,set up a test bench for test verification.The results show that the calculation method can effectively guide the optimal design of steering blocking force.
