摘  要:汽车发动机失火是较为常见的一种故障模式,其中因硬件偶发性故障导致失火是较难处理的一类问题,故障难复现,原因难锁定,给问题解决带来了很大难度。通过OCV阀偶发性卡滞导致发动机失火的案例,论述了通过故障模拟试验锁定问题原因,通过对标验证提出解决方案,为开发及问题处理提供参考。Automobile engine misfire is a very common fault mode,in which the misfire caused by accidental hardware failure is a difficult problem to deal with.The failure is difficult to reappear,and the cause is difficult to lock,which brings great difficulty to the problem solution.This paper mainly describes the OCV valve accidental stuck engine misfire case through the fault simulation test to lock the cause of the problem,through benchmark verification to put forward solutions,to provide reference for development and problem solving.
