激光光凝联合康柏西普治疗增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究激光光凝联合康柏西普治疗增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变的效果。方法:选取2019年12月-2021年7月新余市人民医院眼科收治的76例增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变患者,按照随机数字表将患者分为参照组(38例,38眼)和研究组(38例,38眼)。参照组实施激光光凝治疗,研究组给予激光光凝联合康柏西普治疗。比较两组最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、视神经功能、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平和并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后6个月,两组最佳矫正视力(BCVA)均高于治疗前,且研究组高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,两组图形视觉诱发电位潜伏期(LP100)、视网膜神经纤维层平均厚度、视野平均缺损、平均光敏度均优于治疗前,且研究组均优于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,两组VEGF水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:激光光凝联合康柏西普治疗应用于增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变患者中,可促使视力水平有效改善,并发症少,具有较高安全性。Objective:To investigate the effect of laser photocoagulation combined with Conbercept in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Method:A total of 76 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy admitted to Xinyu People’s Hospital from December 2019 to July 2021 were selected,they were divided into reference group(38 cases,38 eyes)and study group(38 cases,38 eyes)according to random number table.The control group was treated with laser photocoagulation,and the control group was treated with laser photocoagulation combined with Conbercept.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),optic nerve function,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels and complications were compared between two groups.Result:6 months after treatment,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,that in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after treatment,graphical visual evoked potential latency(LP100),the average thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer,the visual field mean defects and the average light sensitivity in both groups were better than those before treatment,and those in the study group were better than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after treatment,VEGF levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laser photocoagulation combined with Conbercept therapy in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy can effectively improve visual acuity,reduce complications,and have high safety.
