耳穴压豆治疗外感风热型急性病毒性咽炎的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价耳穴压豆治疗外感风热型急性病毒性咽炎效果。方法:回顾性收集广东省中医院芳村医院2019年1月-2021年9月急性病毒性咽炎患者60例,根据患者治疗措施,分为治疗组及对照组,每组30例。对照组采用克感利咽口服液口服及西医对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用王不留行籽耳穴压豆治疗。评价两组治疗前后的咽部症状评分、口咽黏膜评分、颈前淋巴结评分及患者咽部症状的缓解时间。结果:两组患者的年龄、性别、基础病、治疗前的咽部症状评分、口咽黏膜评分及颈前淋巴结评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组咽部症状评分、口咽黏膜评分、颈前淋巴结评分均有改善,组内前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的咽部症状评分及口咽黏膜评分改善程度优于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的颈前淋巴结评分及患者咽部症状缓解时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在西医对症治疗的基础上,应用耳穴压豆联合克感利咽口服液能更好地改善外感风热型急性病毒性咽炎患者的咽部症状及口咽黏膜情况。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of ear pressure beans on acute viral pharyngitis in external-wind-heat syndrome.Method:A total of sixty patients with acute viral pharyngitis in Fangcun Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to September 2021 were collected retrospectively,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the treatment methods,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rheum and Pharyngitis Oral Solution and symptomatic treatment in western medicine,while the treatment group was given ear pressure beans with the Wangbuliuxing seeds based on the control group.Pharyngeal symptoms scores,oropharyngeal mucosa scores,anterior neck lymph nodes scores at pre and posttreatment and the relief time of pharyngeal symptoms were evaluated.Result:There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of age,sex,basic diseases,pharyngeal symptom scores,oropharyngeal mucosa scores and anterior neck lymph nodes scores before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of pharyngeal symptoms,oropharyngeal mucosa and anterior neck lymph nodes in the two groups were improved,there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of pharyngeal symptom score and oropharyngeal mucosa score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in anterior neck lymph nodes scores and the relief time of pharyngeal symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Based on the symptomatic treatment of Western medicine,the application of ear pressure beans combined with Rheum and Pharyngitis Oral Solution can better improve the pharyngeal symptoms and oropharyngeal mucosa of patients with acute viral pharyngitis in external-wind-heat syndrome.
