辽宁省近岸海域水环境污染状况及防护对策研究

摘　　要：近年来,辽宁省近岸海域水环境质量日趋好转,但是人类活动、畜禽养殖、工业排污等污染,容易对近岸海域水环境质量造成威胁。针对“十三五”期间辽宁省近岸海域水生态环境现状和问题展开深入研究,结合近岸海域水环境污染状况阐述了水生态环境主要污染来源,如工业源、生活源、畜禽养殖污染、农业面源污染等,以产生的主要污染问题为出发点,对辽宁省近岸海域水生态环境污染提出了针对性的防护对策建议和保障措施,为助力海洋经济高质量发展提供有力保障。In recent years,the quality of water environment in the coastal waters of Liaoning Province has become better and better.However,with the pollution of human activities,livestock and poultry breeding,industrial sewage and other behaviors,it is easy to pose a threat to the quality of water environment in the coastal waters.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the current situation and problems of the water ecological environment in the coastal waters of Liaoning Province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.Combined with the water environmental pollution in the coastal waters,this paper first expounds the main pollution sources of the water ecological environment,such as industrial sources,domestic sources,livestock and poultry breeding pollution,agricultural non-point source pollution and so on,and then takes the main pollution problems as the starting point,puts forward some targeted protective countermeasures and safeguard measures for the water ecological environment pollution in the coastal waters of Liaoning,so as to provide a strong guarantee for the development of marine economic quality.
