摘  要:液压启闭机是弧形闸门主要启闭设备,其运行状态监测与健康管理关系电站运行安全。通过一起液压启闭机机架螺栓破坏的案例,计算缸体封闭腔油液温度变化对缸内压力的影响,分析结果表明油缸无杆腔因温升引起腔内压力过大,导致机架上拔力超出临界范围是造成机架螺栓失效、基础破坏的根本原因。并根据原因分析提出了液压启闭机的运行维护建议。Hydraulic hoist is the main hoisting equipment for radial gate.The condition monitoring and health magagement of the hydraulic hoist relates to the safty operation of the hydropower plant.A bolts failure case in which the bolts were used to fix the hydraulic cylinder rack to the concrete foundation is analized.The influence of the oil temperature rising on the pressure of enclosed cavity is discussed.For the rising of the pressure in piston cavity,the up-pulling force on the cylinder rack exeeded the allowable limit,which resulted in the failure of cylinder rack bolts as well as the fundation.Suggestions about hydraulic hoist maintenance are put forward based on the analysis of the case.
