摘  要:水轮发电机组的稳定性运行范围与机组运行安全和电站的经济效益密切相关。行业内通过稳定性试验对水轮发电机组在不同运行工况下的各部轴承振动、主轴摆度以及压力脉动等稳定性技术指标进行测量,并依据相关的国家振动摆度标准对测量结果进行比较,从而划分机组稳定运行范围,结果表明转轮动应力过高是造成机组不稳定运行的根本性原因。The stable operation range of the turbine-generator unit is closely related to the unit operation safety and the economic benefit of the hydropower station.In the hydropower industry,the stability technical indicators such as bearing vibration,shaft runouts and pressure fluctuation of the hydraulic turbine-generator unit under different operating conditions are measured through stability tests,and the measurement results are compared according to the relevant national standards,so as to define the stable operation range of the unit.The results show that the excessive dynamic stress of the runner is the root cause for the unstable operation of the unit.
