摘 要:风荷载是导致平单轴跟踪支架结构扭转失效的主要荷载,国内外通过增加阻尼器或通过多点驱动的方式改善结构风致扭转效应。本文结合工程实际,基于SAP2000有限元软件,计算分析了单点驱动(无阻尼器)、单点驱动(考虑阻尼器)、多点驱动对光伏跟踪支架性能及风致扭转响应的影响,其中阻尼器布置于主梁(主轴)端部与边立柱连接处。结果表明,阻尼器的增设和多点驱动方式均可改善跟踪系统的振动特性,降低风致扭转变形,改善主梁(主轴)的扭矩分布,降低立柱最大弯矩,减小结构水平位移,节省结构材料用量等。Wind load is the main load leading to torsional failure of flat single-axis tracking bracket structure.At home and abroad,the wind-induced torsional effect of the structure is improved by adding dampers or by means of multi-point driving.Combined with engineering practice and based on SAP2000 finite element software,the influences of single point drive(without damper),single point drive(with damper)and multi-point drive on the performance and wind-induced torsional response of photovoltaic tracking bracket are calculated and analyzed.The damper is arranged at the connection between the end of the main beam(main axis)and the side column.The results show that the addition of damper and multi-point drive can improve the vibration characteristics of the tracking system,reduce the wind-induced torsional deformation,improve the torque distribution of the main beam,reduce the maximum bending moment of the column,reduce the horizontal displacement of the structure,and save the structural materials.
