摘  要:矿区位于天祝县祁连山区域的东段,祁连山自然保护区外围,祁连山作为我国西北地区重要的生态屏障,生态战略意义重大。华藏寺冰岭沟石膏矿主要以露天集中开采方式进行,忽视了对矿山地质环境的保护,使矿山地质环境遭受了严重破坏,对生态破坏严重、影响人民群众生产生活和区域可持续发展的历史遗留矿山开展生态修复已刻不容缓。以该石膏矿为例,综合分析,采取有效的工程手段,对遗留的采坑、高陡边坡、弃渣堆积、植被破坏等矿山地质环境问题进行治理和修复,以消除或减轻地质灾害隐患,保障人民生命财产安全,修复已损毁的土地资源,提升历史遗留矿山与周边地形地貌景观的和谐度,以促进经济社会的可持续发展。The mining area is located in the eastern section of Qilian Mountain region,Tianzhu County,the nature reserve periphery of Qilian Mountain.Qilian Mountain as an important ecological barrier in northwest China,ecological strategic significance is great.Huazangsi Binglinggou gypsum mine is mainly carried out by open-pit concentrated mining,and the protection of the mine geological environment is neglected.And so,the mine geological environment has suffered serious damage.It is urgent to carry out ecological restoration for the historical left mine,which has serious ecological damage.It affected the people’s production and life and regional sustainable development.Based on the gypsum mine as an example,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis in taking effective means of engineering,including the legacy of the mining pit,high and steep slope,abandon slag accumulation,vegetation destruction of mine geological environment problems such as governance and repair.In order to eliminate or reduce geological hazard,we think it is important to ensure the security of people’s life and property in repairing damaged land resources.It promotes the historical harmonious degree of the mine and the surrounding terrain landscape in the sustainable development of economic society.
