摘  要:分析并建立了整个电机的精确热网络模型,计算电机内温度分布。采用有限元法,对电机稳态温度场进行数值求解。对比样机试验结果,两种计算方法的误差比较接近,验证了所提出的热网络模型的正确性,表明了热网络法在快速、准确计算具有复杂结构的混合励磁电机温升方面具有显著优势。The accurate thermal network model of the whole motor has been analyzed and established so as to calculate the temperature distribution in the motor.The finite element method was used to numerically solve the steady-state temperature field of the motor.Comparing the results of prototype test,the two calculation methods are fairly close in errors,so that the correctness of the proposed thermal network model has been verified,indicating that the thermal network method has significant advantages in the rapid and accurate calculation of the temperature rise of the hybrid excitation motor with complex structure.
