摘 要:《DIN 743轴类部件的承载力计算》标准是转轴设计中经常使用的国际标准,给出了转轴各种几何结构特征的疲劳安全系数和屈服安全系数计算方法。较之其他常用的转轴强度校核方法,此方法考虑了更多的因素,具有更高的工程实用性。本文参照DIN 743标准建立了电机转轴强度工程计算校核方法,并利用有限元仿真对方法的准确性进行了验证。The standard of<the calculation of bearing capacity for DIN 743 axle parts>is the international standard often used in the design of rotating shaft,give the calculation methods of safety factor of fatigue and yield for the features of various geometric structures of revolving shafts.Compared with the other checking methods for the strength of commonly used rotary shafts,this method considers more factors and has higher engineering practicability.In this paper,according to the standard of DIN 743,the method of the engineering calculation and checking for the strength of motor shaft is established and the accuracy of the method is verified by using finite element simulation.
