摘  要:考察了芳纶短纤维作为耐烧蚀纤维在三元乙丙橡胶复合材料中的应用,探讨了芳纶短纤维的引入对三元乙丙橡胶复合材料的力学性能、静态热力学性能、热失重、阻燃性能和烧蚀性能的影响。结果表明,芳纶短纤维和二氧化硅在橡胶中构筑了完善的填料网络,提高了三元乙丙橡胶复合材料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度,提升了复合材料的热稳定性。在高温烧蚀后,形成明显的炭骨架和密实的炭层,获得良好的抗烧蚀性能。This research mainly focused on the application and function of short aramid fiber as the ablative fiber in EPDM composite.The effects of short aramid fiber on the mechanical properties,static thermodynamic properties,thermal weight loss,flame retardancy and ablative properties of EPDM composites were discussed.A filler network of short aramid fiber and silica was formed in rubber,which improved the tensile strength,tear strength and the thermal stability of EPDM composite.After the high temperature ablation,an obvious carbon skeleton and adense carbon layer were formed,and good ablative resistance of EPDM composites was obtained.
