摘 要:氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)作为一种典型的热塑性弹性体,具有环保性强、使用温域范围广等优点,对其进行补强改性后在运动场地、医用器械等领域具有广泛的应用前景.本文采用滑石粉、碳酸钙和石英粉三种无机填料改性SEBS共混体系,探究了无机填料种类及粒径对其力学性能、回弹性能和抗滑性能的影响规律.结果表明,填料粒径的增大有利于提高回弹性能和抗滑值,而小粒径填料对拉伸强度的提高更为明显;同等粒径下,石英粉对拉伸强度提升最明显,碳酸钙对回弹性能和抗滑性能提升最明显.粒径为5μm石英粉改性的样品拉伸强度可达9.92MPa,粒径为23μm碳酸钙改性的样品回弹率和抗滑值分别可达30%和115.SEBS is an eco-friendly thermoplastic elastomer which has a wide range of usage temperature.After reinforcement modification,it has a wide application prospect in sports venues,medical instruments and other fields.In this paper,three inorganic fillers,talcum powder,calcium carbonate and quartz powder,were used to modify SEBS blend system,and the effects of inorganic fillers and particle sizes on the mechanical properties,resilience and slip resistance were investigated.The results showed that the increase of filler particle size was beneficial to improve the resilience and slip resistance.The small particle size filler helped to the increase of tensile strength.With the same particle size,quartz powder was the best choice for tensile strength,and calcium carbonate was the best choice for the improvement of resilience and slip resistance,espestivelly.The tensile strength of the sample modified by 5μm quartz powder could be up to 9.92 MPa,while the spring back rate and antisliding value of the sample modified by 23μm calcium carbonate were 29%and 115,respectively.
