摘  要:采用机械共混法制备出系列多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)改性的氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)复合材料,研究了MWCNTs对HNBR的硫化特征、结构和力学性能的影响,HNBR/MWCNTs复合材料拉伸强度与温度的相关性。随着HNBR基体内MWCNTs含量的增加,混炼胶的焦烧时间(t_(10))和正硫化时间(t_(90))均表现变短、最大转矩(M_(H))和扭矩差(M_(H)-M_(L))单调递增的规律。模拟高温180℃稀氧环境,不同比例MWCNTs改性的HNBR材料的耐老化行为表明,加入MWCNTs用量为3份时,HNBR/MWCNTs复合材料拉伸强度提高了35.6%,经过15 d老化后,力学性能保持率约为90%。老化后加入MWCNTs的试样与空白样相比,HNBR/MWCNTs复合材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)降低,表现出优异的增强作用和较好的耐高温老化能力。A series of hydrogenated nitrile(HNBR)rubber composites modified by MWCNTs were prepared by mechanical blending method.The influences of MWCNTs on the vulcanization characteristics,structure and mechanical properties of HNBR composites and the correlation between tensile strength and temperature were studied.With the increase of MWCNTs content in HNBR matrix,the scorch time(t_(10))and optimum curing time(t_(90))of the mixed rubber became shorter,and the maximum torque(M_(H))and torque difference(M_(H)-M_(L))increased monotonically.The results showed that the tensile strength of HNBR composites with 3 phr loading increased by 35.6%and the mechanical property retention rate of the composites with 3 phr MWCNTs reached 90%.Compared with the blank sample,the glass transition temperature of the samples added with MWCNTs after aging reduced,showing excellent reinforcement effect and better high temperature aging resistance.
