摘  要:以双组分甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)/苯乙烯(St)为接枝单体,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,采用熔融法对甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)进行接枝,制备改性剂MBS-g-(GMA-co-St),测试了接枝率;考察了影响MBS-g-(GMA-co-St)接枝率的因素;用该改性剂增韧PC/PBT合金,得到最佳制备工艺条件。结果表明,当GMA体积分数为3%,DCP质量分数为0.03%时,可得到接枝率0.68%左右的MBS-g-(GMA-co-St)。随着改性剂MBS-g-(GMA-co-St)用量的增加,PC/PBT/MBS-g-(GMA-co-St)合金的拉伸强度逐渐减小,但减小的幅度不大;而冲击强度不断提高,在其用量为20%时,冲击强度达到最大值4.25 kJ/m^(2),改性剂用量为10%~15%时,材料发生由脆到韧的转变。SEM结果表明,随着改性剂用量的增加,PC与PBT两者的界面变得模糊,力学性能得到提高。A modifier of MBS-g-(GMA-co-St)was prepared by grafting glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)and styrene(St)onto methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer(MBS)with dicumyl peroxide(DCP)applied as initiator.The grafting rate of MBS-g-(GMA-co-St)and the corresponding affecting factors were examined,and then the MBS-g-(GMA-co-St)was employed as a toughening agent to polycarbonate/poly(butylene terephthalate)alloy(PC/PBT)to optimize the processing performance of PC/PBT.It was found that,with the composition of GMA and DCP was 3%and 0.03%respectively,the grafting rate of MBS-g-(GMA-co-St)could be up to 0.68%.As the composition of MBS-g-(GMA-co-St)in PC/PBT/MBS-g-(GMA-co-St)alloy,the tensile strength decreased gradually in modest range,but the impact strength continuously increased.With the composition of MBS-g-(GMA-co-St)equal to 20%,the impact strength of the PC/PBT/MBS-g-(GMA-co-St)alloy reached the maximum value of 4.25 kJ/m^(2).When the composition was in a range of 10~15%,the alloy experienced a transition from brittle to tough.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)results evidenced that,as the composition of MBS-g-(GMA-co-St)increased,the interface between PC and PBT became blurred,thereby improving the mechanical properties of the PC/PBT/MBS-g-(GMA-co-St)alloy.
