摘  要:研究了20%应变下炭黑用量对胶料Mullins效应的变化规律的影响,以探究在周期性应力作用下,橡胶内部微观和亚微观结构与橡胶模量稳定性的关系。结果表明,当应变在20%附近时,形变时胶料内部主要发生炭黑聚集体的破坏,同时橡胶中较短分子链也会产生滑移和取向。炭黑用量越多,炭黑间橡胶分子链就越短,在相同应变下大分子链滑移的越多、程度越大。The influence on changing law of carbon black contents towards glue Mullins was researched by this paper,so as to be explored under the function of periodic strain,the relations of microscopic and submicrostructure with stability of glue model content in rubber.The research showed that,when the strain was near 20%and deforms,there was mainly the damage of coal black aggregation in glue,at the same time,the shorter molecule chain in rubber would also slide and orient.The more the coal black content,the shorter the rubber molecule chain was among coal black,the more the large molecule will slide,and the greater the extent was under the same strain.
