摘 要:本实验旨在研究饲料中不同水平的二氢杨梅素对杂交鲟(Acipenser schrenckii♀×Acipenser baerii♂)幼鱼生长性能、血清生化及免疫指标、肌肉常规及氨基酸组成、肠道形态、消化酶活性及微生物多样性的影响。实验将平均体重为(33.02±1.39)g/尾的180尾杂交鲟,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15尾鱼,分别投喂二氢杨梅素添加水平分别为0(对照组),0.15%、0.3%、0.6%的实验饲料60 d。结果显示:0.6%组杂交鲟的增重率和特定生长率显著低于对照组;0.15%组血清中总胆固醇、白蛋白和葡萄糖水平均显著高于对照组,0.3%组血清中谷草转氨酶水平显著低于对照组,0.3%组血清中白蛋白和葡萄糖水平显著高于对照组,0.6%组血清中谷草转氨酶、白蛋白和甘油三酯水平显著高于对照组;各实验组血清中碱性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶和总抗氧化能力均显著高于对照组。0.15%和0.3%组肠道中蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性均显著高于对照组。各实验组肌肉中常规组分、总氨基酸含量、必需氨基酸含量和鲜味氨基酸含量与对照组无显著性差异。综上所述,饲料中添加二氢杨梅素可提高杂交鲟幼鱼的免疫力,建议添加量为0.3%。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different dietary levels of dihydromyricetin on hybrid sturgeon(Acipenser schrenckii♀×Acipenser baerii♂)effects of growth performance,serum biochemical and immune indices,muscle routine and amino acid composition,intestinal morphology,digestive enzyme activities and microbial diversity of juvenile fish.A total of 180 hybrid sturgeons with an average bodyweight of(33.02±1.39)g/tail were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates per group and 15 fish per replicate.They were fed experimental diets supplemented with 0(control group),0.15%,0.3%and 0.6%dihydromyricetin for 60 days,respectively.The results showed that the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of the 0.6%group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The serum levels of total cholesterol,albumin and glucose in the 0.15%group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the serum glutamic oxalacetic transaminase level in the 0.3%group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The serum albumin and glucose levels in the 0.3%group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The serum levels of aspartate aminotransferase,albumin and triglyceride in the 0.6%group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The serum alkaline phosphatase activity,catalase,glutathione peroxidase,superoxide dismutase and total antioxidant capacity in the experimental groups were significantly higher than those in the control group.The intestinal protease,amylase and lipase activities in the 0.15%and 0.3%groups were significantly higher than those in the control group.The conventional components,total amino acid contents,essential amino acid contents and umami amino acid contents in the muscle of all experimental groups were not significantly different from those of the control group.In conclusion,dietary dihydromyricetin can improve the immunity of juvenile hybrid sturgeon,and the recommended supplemental level is 0.3%.
