摘 要:以纳米ZnO为模板,中低温煤焦油沥青为碳源制备了多孔炭,对其进行了表征并用于中性红溶液的吸附研究。考察了多孔炭投加量、温度、ρ(中性红)、时间等因素对吸附结果的影响,对吸附动力学和等温吸附过程进行了数学拟合,计算了热力学参数。结果表明,多孔炭加入量为0.4 g/L、t=25℃、ρ(中性红)=40 mg/L、t=90 min,多孔炭对中性红有较好的吸附效果,吸附率超过90%。Langmuir和Freundlich模型均可用来描述该吸附等温线,多孔炭对中性红的吸附符合准二级动力学模型,饱和吸附量为155.521 mg/g,该吸附过程是一个自发过程。Porous carbon was prepared using nano-ZnO as template and medium-low temperature coal tar pitch as carbon source.The porous carbon was characterized and used to study the adsorption of neutral red solution.The effects of the amount of porous carbon,temperature,ρ(neutral red)and time on the adsorption results were investigated.The adsorption kinetics and isothermal adsorption process were fitted mathematically,and the thermodynamic parameters were calculated.The results show that the porous carbon has a good adsorption effect on neutral red when the addition amount of porous carbon is 0.4 g/L,t=25℃,ρ(neutral red)=40 mg/L,t=90 min,and the adsorption rate is over 90%.The adsorption isotherm can be described by the Freundlichand Langmuir model.The adsorption kinetics of neutral red by porous carbon fits the quasi-second-order model and the saturated adsorption capacity is 155.521 mg/g.The adsorption process is a spontaneous process.
