摘 要:以不同种源高山栲一年生幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽控水模拟干旱,设置4个水分梯度,分析干旱胁迫对高山栲幼苗生长及生理生化特性的影响,筛选出优良抗旱地理种源。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫程度的加强,不同地理种源高山栲幼苗株高、地径、冠幅的净生长量均呈现下降的趋势。叶片中游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、丙二醛等渗透物质有一定程度的升高,过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性呈先增加后降低的趋势。采用隶属函数法对严重干旱胁迫条件下的各地理种源抗旱能力进行了筛选,5个地理种源的抗旱性排序为:宾川>双柏>剑川>鹤庆>云龙。研究表明,宾川地理种源对干旱胁迫的耐受能力较强,可以作为抗旱种源推广应用。Castanopsis delavayis alpine of 1-year-old seedlings of different provenances were used as test materials,the potted water was used to simulate drought,and 4 water gradients were set,the effects of drought stress on the growth,physiological and biochemical characteristics of C.delavayis seedlings were analyzed,and good drought-resistant geographical provenances were screened out.The results showed that the net growth of seedling height,ground diameter and crown width of C.delavayis decreased with the increase of drought stress.The osmotic substances such as free proline,soluble sugar and malondialdehyde increased to a certain extent,while the activities of catalase and peroxidase increased first and then decreased.The drought resistance of 5 provenances under severe drought stress was screened by membership function method.The order of drought resistance of 5 provenances was Binchuan>Shuangbai>Jianchuan>Heqing>Yunlong.It indicated that Binchuan provenances had strong tolerance to drought stress and could be used as drought resistant provenances.
