摘 要:当今世界,材料科学技术迅猛发展,其中加成型液体硅橡胶以其优异的耐湿、耐水、耐寒、耐热。耐紫外、绝缘、耐辐射和耐臭氧性能,在电子电器、航空航天、光伏组件和汽车制造等领域得到广泛应用。但是加成型液体硅橡胶的表面非极性强,缺乏反应型功能基团,导致它的粘接性能较差,使用底涂剂对基材进行处理或者改变聚硅氧烷分子链的结构,提高硅橡胶的粘接性能,但是在粘接过程中降低了生产效率,同时带来重大环境污染等问题,成本也比较高。所以,制备新型的增粘剂提高硅橡胶的粘接性能具有重大理论和现实意义。本文以四甲基环四硅氧烷、烯丙基缩水甘油醚以及3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷作为基本的原料合成一种新型有机硅增粘剂,研究了在不同条件下,如原料的配比,催化剂的用量,反应温度,反应时间等对合成的增粘剂的影响,并采用红外光谱,气相色谱、核磁共振等方法对合成的增粘剂进行定性分析与表征。探究合成的增粘剂对双组分加成型液体硅橡胶的粘结性能和力学性能。实验表明:合成的增粘剂用于液体硅橡胶与铝片增粘试验,原有力学性能变好的条件下,硅胶中添加0.5%增粘剂时,平均断裂力由167.74N增大为427.06N。In today's world,material science and technology are developing rapidly,among which the addition liquid silicone rubber has excellent moisture resistance,water resistance,cold resistance and heat resistance.UV resistance,insulation,radiation resistance and ozone resistance are widely used in the fields of electronics,aerospace,photovoltaic modules and automobile manufacturing.However,the surface of addition liquid silicone rubber is non-polar and lacks reactive functional groups,resulting in its poor bonding performance.Using primer to treat the substrate or change the structure of polysiloxane molecular chain to improve the bonding performance of silicone rubber,but it reduces the production efficiency in the bonding process,brings major environmental pollution and other problems,and the cost is relatively high.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to prepare a new tackifier to improve the bonding properties of silicone rubber.In this paper,tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane,allyl glycidyl ether and 3-methacryloyloxypropyl methyldimethoxysilane were used as basic raw materials to synthesize a new silicone tackifier.The effects of raw material ratio,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the synthesized tackifier were studied,The synthetic tackifier was qualitatively analyzed and characterized by by infrared spectroscopy、gas chromatography and nuclear magnetic resonance.The adhesive properties and mechanical properties of two-component addition molded liquid silicone rubber prepared by synthetic tackifier were studied.The results show that when the synthetic tackifier is used in the tackifying test of liquid silicone rubber and aluminum sheet,the average breaking force increases from 167.74n to 427.06n when 0.5%tackifier is added to silica gel.
