摘  要:泡沫混凝土是一种以胶凝材料和发泡剂为主要原材料的混凝土。相对普通混凝土而言,拥有轻质、减振、降噪等优点,正被应用于越来越广泛的领域。选择泡沫混凝土作为车站顶板及桥台与路基过渡段厚土回填的替代材料,对车站而言可以减轻荷载、方便施工;对大桥桥头过段而言可以减小工后沉降、缩短工期。对某地铁车站顶板上方恰逢桥台与路基过渡段的具体工程案例着手,从设计、施工要点方面展开研究,提出思路及建议,为泡沫混凝土在类似工程实施中的推广应用提供借鉴指导。Foam concrete is a kind of concrete with cementitious material and foaming agent as the main raw material. Compared with ordinary concrete, it has the advantages of light weight, vibration reduction and noise reduction, and is being used in more and more fields. Foam concrete is chosen as the replacement material of thick soil backfilling in the station roof which was also abutment and subgrade transition section. It can reduce the load and facilitate construction of the station. While for the bridge head section, the settlement after construction can be reduced and the construction period shortened. This paper studies the design and construction key points of a concrete project on the bridge abutment and subgrade transition section above the roof of a subway station, and puts forward ideas and suggestions, which can provide reference and guidance for the promotion and application of foamed concrete in similar engineering entities.
